Extended Architecture

The Stegreif is part of our TourXpeRience research project and explores the possibilities of using XR (eXtended Reality) technologies in architecture as effective communication and presentation tools. On this subject, a relevant architectural scenario (the presentation of a design or the presentation of architecture) will be defined, and a suitable XR-based communication concept will be developed.

The focus is on how digital and immersive media can convey architectural content in ways that make it more understandable, more spatially experiential, or more interactive for a defined target audience. The concept should be presented in an appropriate format, such as a mock-up, demonstrator, presentation, or similar.
